What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on Friday will ship by the following Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship by the following Wednesday. Overnight orders placed by 11:00 AM MST will ship the same day (except weekends); orders after this time will ship the next business day. Orders requiring cold packing and expedited shipping will only ship Monday through Wednesday. We do not ship cold items on Thursday or Friday, unless overnight shipping is selected.

Do you offer free samples?
We do not offer free samples of our popcorn. However, we understand the desire to try new flavors before committing to larger sizes. To help with this, we offer our smallest bag, the "mini," which contains 3 cups of popcorn. This allows you to sample one or two flavors without committing to a bigger quantity.
We also provide flat-rate shipping, making it affordable and convenient to order smaller bags. This gives you the flexibility to try different flavors without the extra cost.

Can I select a future shipping date for my order?
Yes, you can easily select a future shipping date before completing your checkout. If you forget to choose a date, simply reply to your order confirmation email, and we can adjust the shipping date for you. Please note, once your order is in production, we are unable to change the shipping date. The shipping date refers to when the order leaves our facility, not the delivery date.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each shipping address requires a separate order. If you have fewer than 10 addresses, you can simply place an individual order for each. If you have 10 or more shipping addresses, please Contact us and we can assist you further. We can also provide a template if needed.
