What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on Friday will ship by the following Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship by the following Wednesday. Overnight orders placed by 11:00 AM MST will ship the same day (except weekends); orders after this time will ship the next business day. Orders requiring cold packing and expedited shipping will only ship Monday through Wednesday. We do not ship cold items on Thursday or Friday, unless overnight shipping is selected.
What tins sizes does your popcorn come in?

What is the shelf-life of your popcorn?
At City Pop, we pop-to-order, ensuring our popcorn is always fresh. To keep your popcorn tasting its best, we recommend the following storage tips:
- Store in a cool, dry place: Keep your popcorn in a low-humidity area to preserve its crispness. Avoid storing it near heat sources like the stove or sink.
- Seal tightly: After opening, reseal the package tightly to minimize air exposure and maintain the popcorn’s texture.
- Use airtight containers: For added freshness, transfer your popcorn to an airtight container to protect it from external odors and keep it crunchy.
- Avoid direct sunlight: Store your popcorn in a dark, cool area, such as a pantry or cupboard, to prevent sunlight from affecting its flavor and texture.
- Consume within the recommended timeframe: Savory flavors stay fresh for up to 15 days, while sweet and caramel varieties can last for several weeks. For the best taste, enjoy your popcorn sooner rather than later.

Do you offer free samples?
We do not offer free samples of our popcorn. However, we understand the desire to try new flavors before committing to larger sizes. To help with this, we offer our smallest bag, the "mini," which contains 3 cups of popcorn. This allows you to sample one or two flavors without committing to a bigger quantity.
We also provide flat-rate shipping, making it affordable and convenient to order smaller bags. This gives you the flexibility to try different flavors without the extra cost.

Can I select a future shipping date for my order?
Yes, you can easily select a future shipping date before completing your checkout. If you forget to choose a date, simply reply to your order confirmation email, and we can adjust the shipping date for you. Please note, once your order is in production, we are unable to change the shipping date. The shipping date refers to when the order leaves our facility, not the delivery date.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each shipping address requires a separate order. If you have fewer than 10 addresses, you can simply place an individual order for each. If you have 10 or more shipping addresses, please Contact us and we can assist you further. We can also provide a template if needed. Just a heads-up—each address must meet the promotion’s criteria to qualify for discounted or free shipping. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need help!
