Package Protection (Recommended)

For just $2.50, you can add package protection during checkout to insure your shipment against loss, damage, or theft.

We strongly recommend selecting this option for added peace of mind.

If package protection is not selected, we are unable to replace packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they leave our facility.

Order Processing Times

Free Shipping Orders

  • Ships within 4 business days of receipt
  • Average transit time: 2–5 business days

Paid Shipping (Upgrade included in Shipping Rate)

  • Moves your order into 1 business day processing
  • Average transit time: 2–4 business days

Express Shipping Options (Must be received by 2pm EST)

  • 2-Day Express
  • Overnight Shipping

Important: FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, USPS Ground Advantage, and UPS Ground are not express services. These follow standard carrier transit times.

Business Days

  • Monday – Friday
  • Orders received after 2pm EST are processed the next business day
  • No processing or shipping on weekends or national holidays

Delivery Timeframes & Guarantees

  • We do not guarantee delivery dates
  • Transit times are controlled by the carrier once your order leaves our facility
  • Shipping charges are not refunded for late deliveries
  • You may select a future ship date at checkout:
    • This is the date your order leaves our facility
    • It is not a guaranteed delivery date
    • Transit time must still be factored in
