Awesome popcorn and great customer service

I highly recommend City Pop. The cinnamon popcorn is sooooo good!! (I got 3 flavors, cinnamon, caramel and cheese.) The tin was also very beautiful and high quality. Yummy!!

The Cheddar Popcorn was terrific as usual....the timing of the delivery not so much

I am a big City Pop fan. However, my most recent order for Cheddar Popcorn was delivered later than usual. It was ordered the night of 12/9 and confirmed that night. It got to be 12/13 and I had not received any status of the order so I sent an email 12/13 to check on it and received a prompt reply saying it had "shipped" on 12/13. What "shipped" really meant when I tracked the shipment was that the shipping label had been created. it was not actually shipped (The carrier actually having the product and heading my way) until 12/16 and I finally received the package on 12/18. Sure, I was disappointed it took so long because I had ordered the same several times and was anxiously awaiting the new one because I knew how deliciously satisfying it would be. This experience will not keep me from ordering again. The Cheddar Popcorn is really, really that good. I live 500 miles away so I guess I will just have to be more patient since I can't drive to pick it up!!!

I sent my brother the 2 gallon tin with an uploaded image on the lid that was also in the birthday card I made for him. Not only does he Love the popcorn, he was very impressed with the matching lid/birthday card.
