Shipping Information

Thank you for choosing City Pop®. Orders placed online will ship within 48 hours of placing the order, unless otherwise specified.

Orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will ship by the following Monday. Express 2 Day and Overnight will ship same day (except weekends) for orders placed by 2:00pm MST; otherwise they will be processed the next business day. Orders requiring cold packing & expedited shipping will be shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays only. 

We will ship your order via FedEx or the United States Postal Service to target its arrival for your requested delivery date. If you need to have your gift delivered on a specific date, please use overnight delivery to guarantee the delivery date. Please check your address information carefully. We cannot extend our guarantee to orders which are given incorrect addresses. FedEx does not insure stolen packages. We recommend purchasing insurance through our website to insure your shipment against theft. 

NOTICE: SHIPPING CARRIERS ARE EXPERIENCING SERVICE DELAYS DUE. PLEASE ALLOW FOR EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES. CITY POP CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES FOR ANY GROUND SHIPMENTS. 

For orders that qualify for discounted or free shipping, City Pop® will reserve the right to choose the most economical method to deliver your package. Note: Chocolate flavors will melt if temperatures are greater than 75F. We recommend upgrading to express shipping with cold packing if you are purchasing meltable products. 

Our Recommendation: We highly recommend shipping your meltable items via 2 Business Days or overnight. While City Pop cannot guarantee items will not melt (regardless of shipping method), this expedited service helps to decrease that possibility. Only expedited shipping (which are 2 Business Days or overnight) includes free cold packs.
