What is the shelf-life of your popcorn?

At City Pop, we pop-to-order. This means we pop daily. To maintain the freshness and quality of our popcorn, we recommend following these storage guidelines:

Store in a cool, dry place:Popcorn is best stored in an area with low humidity, as moisture can cause it to become stale or lose its crunchiness. Avoid storing it near the stove, sink, or any other source of heat or humidity.

Do you sell Popcorn Kernels?

Our focus is on providing a wide range of delicious and ready-to-eat popcorn flavors for your snacking pleasure. However, we are constantly reviewing and expanding our product offerings, so please check back in the future to see if we have added popcorn kernels to our lineup.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order is received, we typically process and ship it within 48 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Friday are shipped on the following Monday, while orders received on Saturday or Sunday are shipped on the following Tuesday. Once your order is picked up by our couriers, the transit time will vary based on the final destination. In most cases, packages arrive within 2-3 days from the date of shipment. However, please be aware that delivery times may be longer for Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories, and APO addresses.

If you require expedited delivery, we offer the option to upgrade your shipping to express overnight or 2-day delivery. This ensures your order reaches you promptly.

For orders under $30, we offer flat-rate shipping at $5.99. This rate ensures that your order reaches you conveniently and affordably.

For orders totaling $30 and over, we provide free ground shipping. This means that you can enjoy complimentary shipping on orders that meet or exceed the specified threshold.

If you require expedited shipping, the cost will vary based on the shipping method you choose during checkout. Express shipping charges will be calculated and presented to you before you finalize your order. You can select the preferred shipping option from our courier partners, and the cost will be determined accordingly.

Please note our free shipping promotion does not apply to destinations in Alaska or Hawaii.
